Term 2 Helpdesk Support Session for Timetable

Attention Timetable Admins,

Please be informed that we will be conducting a hands-on session at Helpdesk to assist schools which requires help with creating/uploading Subject Timetable into iNEIS for Term 1620.

Brunei-Muara / Temburong / Belait  / Tutong Schools


29th Feb – 17th march (Except for 9th March and 14th March)

8:00 AM – 12:00PM & 1:30PM - 4:30 PM

Please refer to Appendix A for list schools that are invited and compulsory to attend the session at Helpdesk for the allocated schedule and time.

For schools that are not in the list as mentioned above, please take note that this session is not compulsory for your schools to attend. However, you are still required to complete the activity at your own time.  If you run into any issues, you are still welcome to attend but prior to booking an appointment 2 days in advance.

Schools that do not wish to attend are expected to complete the activity at their own time before 31st March so enrollment, attendance and assessment can be captured on time in Term 2.

Schools MUST email completed copy of timetable .etz file to Helpdesk as indication of completion. The email format should be as follow:

  • Email To:
  • Email subject Title: iNEIS Term 1620 Timetable – (School code) (School name)
    For example: iNEIS Term 1620 Timetable -1006 SR Pusar Ulak
  • Naming convention for .etz file name: iNEIS_(Acad Career)_(School Code)_(School Name)_(Term)
    For example: iNEIS_PRIM_1006_SR Pusar Ulak_1620

Schools should only send a maximum of two (2) representatives with role of School Timetable Admin to attend the sessions.

School Timetabling Admins are required to prepare and bring the following information to the session in order to perform the activities:

  • Completed AY2016 Term 1 Timetable (.ETZ files) for All Academic Careers where applicable
