[ENG] Term 2020 Student Enrollment Rollover for School

Attention to all School Registrars,

Please be informed that the Term Enrollment Rollover process for Term 2020 will commence starting from 2nd March 2020. As this feature copies over-enrollment information such as existing class section names and list of students from the previous term into the new term, users do not have to do the following:

  • Update Student Blocks
  • Create new Class Blocks
  • Merge Student Blocks and Class Blocks

For Term 2020, iNEIS™ Helpdesk team has taken the initiative to run the process for schools that have their Term 2020 timetable ready and resolved the following issues.:

  1. All issues relating to Student Movement (Transfer, and Withdrawal)
  2. No enrollment issues from Term 2010 i.e. Classes Not Enrolled, Students Not Enrolled, Students with Wrong Level/Enrolment, and Student Enrolled to the Wrong Campus.

Note: Schools may be contacted for verification of the issues above during this period.

Please refer here to check on the progress of your school for both Timetable and Enrollment Rollover. The list will be updated by the end of every Monday and Thursday until ALL schools have completed the activity.
