[ENG] Term 2020 iNEIS™ CCA Announcement

Attention CCA Heads and CCA Teachers,

With reference to (DCCE/PEN/JSS/19/2017) memorandum, please be informed that although schools are not conducting CCA activities, schools are still required to complete CCA Timetable upload and enrollment before 8^th August 2020. This is to ensure that CCA details are still recorded and up-to-date in iNEIS™.

For schools that have not upload their CCA timetable, they will need to create their CCA timetable starting from 02^nd June onwards. Subsequently, for schools that have completed this activity already, they are not required to amend their timetable.

To kick start this activity, refer to the instruction here. Please take note that the CCA Timetable upload schedule for Term 2 (2020) should be as below:

Once completed, please email your CCA Timetable to Department of Co-curriculum in the following format:

Email subject Title: iNEIS School CCA Timetable – (School code) (School name)

E.g. iNEIS School CCA Timetable – 1006 SR Pusar Ulak

Naming convention for Excel file name: iNEIS_CCA_( School Code)_(School Name)_(Term)

E.g. iNEIS_ CCA_1006_SR Pusar Ulak_2020
