[ENG] Term 2010 Timetable Support Session Announcement

Attention School Timetable Admins,

Please be informed that we will be conducting Support Sessions to assist schools with both registration and subject Timetable upload. If your school has yet to upload their Term 1 registration and subject timetable, then it is recommended that you attend the session. The Support Sessions will be conducted in the afternoon and will be scheduled on 14th January (Tuesday) to 22nd January (Wednesday). Memorandum on this matter can be downloaded here.

Please refer to the schedule here to identify the date and venue of when and where your school should attend. Subsequently, the person attending the support session must have the following:  

  1. School Timetable Admin User-role
  2. A Hardcopy of school’s Timetable
  3. .ETZ Timetable file

Kindly take note that schools should only send a maximum of two (2) representatives to the Support Sessions.

For steps on how to create and upload school Timetable into iNEIS™, please refer to the instructions here.

Upon completion of both the registration and subject Timetables, kindly provide your .ETZ file to iNEIS™ helpdesk team for backup purposes.

Your files can be sent to the following:

  • Email To:
  • Email subject Title: iNEIS: (School Code)_(School Name)_ (Acad Career)_2010
    For example: iNEIS_1006_SR Pusar Ulak_PRIM_2010
  • File Naming Convention: iNEIS_(School Code)_(School Name)_(Acad Career)_2010.xls

Important Note: For schools experiencing issues with not being able to open the ETZ files, please refer to the instructions here on reactivating your ETZ file. Please follow the steps listed accordingly as soon as you discover this error.
